Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

Before requesting a refund, make sure to review the Itvedant’s refund policy to ensure that you are eligible for a refund and to understand any restrictions or requirements for the refund process.

Refund Process:

Requests for refunds must be made by email to Itvedant. Based on the request's eligibility, Itvedant reserves the right to approve or deny the request.

Documentations:

In order to process the refund, you will need to provide all the necessary documents along with the legal documents if required.

Refund Elementst:

Non-refundable fees include 18% GST (if applicable) + Administration Charges ₹ 5000 + 8.5% Loan processing fees & Global Examination Fees.

Global Examination Fees Details

  1. IBM ₹ 2000/-
  2. Cloud Practitioner 100 USD
  3. Solution Architect 150. USD
  4. Developer 150 USD
  5. Sysops 150 USD

Refundable fees include ( Course fees - Non refundable Fees).

Refund Criteria-:

  1. Early Exit-

    Within one week of post-enrollment We will refund all the fees excluding Administration Charges .

  2. Initial Exit-

    Within 30 days of post-enrollment.

    50% fees will be refundable excluding Administration Charges No refund will be initiated after 30 days

  3. Placement Refund-

    Only students enrolled in the Job Guarantee Program are eligible for a placement refund as per the job guarantee program terms and conditions.

Await response:

Once you have initiated the refund process and provided the necessary information, you will need to wait for the company to respond. This may take 15 days or longer depending on the company's policies and procedures.

Receive refund:

If your refund is approved, the company will issue the refund in the same manner as the original payment.
