Refund Process:

Requests for refunds must be made by email to Itvedant. Based on the request's eligibility, Itvedant reserves the right to approve or deny the request.

Documentations:

In order to process the refund, you will need to provide all the necessary documents along with the legal documents if required. Admission cancellation form is needed.

Admission Cancellation and Refund Related:

Conditions:

Itvedant holds the rights to cancel the admissions of the learner under the following conditions:

  1. False or incorrect information provided by the learner at the time of admission.
  2. Learners who fail to pay entire fees within 45 days from the date of admission.
  3. Fail to communicate or does not respond to Itvedant for more than 30 days.
  4. Learner’s enrolled batch is delayed to be started for more than 30 days and not attended by the learner.
  5. Itvedant copyright infringement by sharing any digital assets to non-enrolled learners.
  6. Inappropriate or vulgar behavior, religious remarks, bullying or hurting anyone’s sentiments or using foul language against any staff or learner in the classroom or social public forum.

Refunds :

  1. Admission cancellation does not guarantee refunds of the amount already paid to the institute. Refunds may be available under the following conditions:
    • Batch Start Delay : If the learner’s enrolled batch is delayed to be started by the institute for more than 30 days.
    • Loan not approved : If the learner’s loan application has not been approved, and is unable to pay himself.
  2. All the refunds will be subjected to following deductions :
    • Administrative charges – as highlighted in the admission receipt
    • GST and Tax deductions – applicable as per government tax rules
    • Loan processing charges – as highlighted in the admission receipt
    • Exam & Certification Fees – as highlighted in the admission receipt
  3. Refunds shall be credited to the learner within 45 days of admission cancellation request.
  4. Refund shall be credited to the learner in their original mode of payment, if the learner has availed any loan towards the program fee, the learner will carry the liability of repaying the full loan amount. If the learner wants to foreclose the loan or changes in the loan repayment terms, the learner should contact the lender directly.
  5. Code of Conduct – The Institute reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases where the learner has engaged in behavior detrimental.

Repercussions:

The learner will not be able to utilize any services of Itvedant including lectures, digital content, placement or physical / digital services. The certificates provided shall be invalidated, learners shall be refrained from using them Anywhere

Await response:

Once you have initiated the refund process and provided the necessary information, you will need to wait for the company to respond. This may take 15 days or longer depending on the company's policies and procedures.

Receive refund:

If your refund is approved, the company will issue the refund in the same manner as the original payment.
