Placement Policy

Dear Learner, At Itvedant we help you achieve your dream career goals by providing IT job training and growth opportunities. For that, learners go through master class training (classroom or live instructor-led) in the beginning. They are trained on various modules through classroom or instructor-led classes, assessments, hands-on projects, etc.

We track the learner's progress very closely during the entire training period through our own created backend portal “PULSE”. We track the progress by assessing their engagement in the program (Attendance of the sessions Live + Self Learning) and performance in Quizzes, Exams, Assignments, and Projects.

Our mission is to care utmost for the learner's career transformation by delivering the most practical training under a disciplined framework. According to our disciplinary approach, we have certain terms and conditions that help you to achieve your great career goal.

Placement-Related :

1. Early Interview Opportunities:

All Learners will get a total of 5 interview opportunities upon their resumes are verified.

2. Unlimited Interviews (Only For Career Infinity and Career Secured Learners):

Learners who achieve a score of 75% or higher in the final examination will be eligible for unlimited Interview opportunities.

3. Additional Interviews (Only For Career Infinity and Career Secured Learners):

Learners who meet the minimum passing criteria but score below 75% can get additional interview opportunities if the previous 5 opportunities are utilized. To earn these opportunities, learners should go through an Interview improvement plan where bootcamp and skill assessment tests are conducted. Learners need to request additional interviews via ticket.

4. No Show Policy:

Skipping interviews without prior approval will label the learner as a “No Show” leading to suspension from placement services.

5. Interview Rounds:

The types of interview rounds which are counted in interviews shall be Aptitude, Technical Test, Case Study, Face to Face Interview Round, Video Conference Interview Round, Telephonic Interview Round, HR Interview.

6. Specific Job Roles:

ITVEDANT does not guarantee a particular salary, company, or role. Job opportunities depend on industry demand and learner performance.

7. Rejections in Interviews :

If a learner is rejected by three or more companies due to lack of performance, feedback from recruiters, or unpreparedness, ITVEDANT shall limit further interview opportunities till the learner undergoes additional training before resuming placement support.

8. Specific Interview Location:

9. Mode of Interviews:

ITVEDANT does not guarantee online interviews or work-from-home (WFH) job opportunities.

10. End of Placement Services:

ITVEDANT shall conclude placement services of the Learner

• 180 days after course completion exam
• Not attending the scheduled interviews
• Receives an offer letter from any company whether accepted or rejected
• Self placed

Internship-Related :

1. Internship Before Course Completion:

If the learner wishes to join any internship before the completion of their course, it will be the responsibility of the learner to cover the missed sessions. Itvedant shall not transfer the learner to another batch or cover the missed sessions.

2. Resuming Placement Services After Internship:

Learners who opt for an internship and do not wish to take a job in that company can request to resume placement services for the remaining job opportunities by filling out the extension of placement services form.
